Ahhh they say the blacker the berry the sweeter the juice.  This is my motto when picking which berries make the grade. So my goal is to pick sweet with a slight hint of sour to make our blackberry Lemonade. It's sweet but a nice mix of sour blended together with lemon juice and sugar to make the perfect combination of blackberry goodness.
