This event provides a much-needed break from the demanding responsibilities of caregiving, allowing you to you to prioritize your own well-being. Participants will enjoy a day of calm and mindfulness. Zen Garden is more than just an event; it's a chance to connect with others who understand the unique challenges of caregiving. You will have the opportunity to connect with others, learn about resources, build a support network, and leave feeling refreshed an re-energized, and better equipped to continue a caregiver's journey
