About the event

We appreciate the work that Family Caregivers do daily and receive little to no help or assistance. We want you to know that your kindness and compassion have not gone unnoticed by others.  This event is designed to allow unpaid family caregivers to enjoy a few hours of RESPITE.  Each Family caregiver will have an opportunity to talk with professionals and resources that are important to caregivers.  Brunch will be provided to all participants Free of Charge!  We will have a panel discussion, share general knowledge and activities that will give our Caregivers time to engage and network with each others to perhaps build a support circle and form lifelong friendships that you can call in those moments when times may get hard.

Our Goals for Care, Love & BRUNCH are to:

  • Offer Respite

  • Share resources

  • Provide Stress Relief Tips

  • Share Knowledge

  • Unpaid and Paid Caregivers

    Unpaid Family Caregivers will choose the complimentary ticket. You may bring the family member for whom you are caring. We will have certified caregivers available to assist them with activities. This service is offered FREE of charge by The Legacy Center-Huntsville however, SPACE is LIMITED and is on First Come First Served Basis. You MUST CHOOSE ANOTHER TICKET for your FAMILY MEMBER.
